About me

Hi! I’m Kimberly Minardi! I am the owner and travel advisor behind Minardi Ever After Travels, LLC, and for more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping people turn “we should go there someday” into vacations they’ll talk about for years.

I love discovering new destinations, walking through resorts and noticing the little details that can completely change someone's experience, exploring cruise ships, finding that perfect stretch of turquoise water, and experiencing destinations firsthand. I want to know what a resort actually feels like, which room categories are worth the upgrade, which cruise ship fits which type of traveler, and whether that gorgeous place you saw online is actually as amazing as it looks.

I’m a U.S. Army veteran, a military spouse, wife, and mom of four girls. Our family has experienced plenty of moves, deployments, busy schedules, and adventures over the years, and travel has always been something incredibly special to me. I've learned that sometimes the greatest luxury isn't how many stars are next to the name of your resort. It's getting uninterrupted time together, experiencing somewhere new, stepping away from everyday life, and making memories with the people you love.

As a mom of four, I also understand firsthand that traveling with children is an entirely different kind of vacation. I know how important the right resort, room setup, location, activities, and logistics can be when you're traveling as a family. And yes, life in my house is rarely quiet, which may also explain why I have a very deep appreciation for a gorgeous adults-only resort, a beautiful beach, and a cocktail I didn't have to make myself.
